In 1991, the Center for Cuban Studies in New York spearheaded a successful lawsuit against the U.S. Treasury Department, which made the importation and sale of original art from Cuba legal. I do not sell Cuban posters for a living. My husband and I have a very large collection that we acquired in Cuba and some other countries. We also trade with other collectors around the world. We only sell those we have duplicates of and we use that money to acquire more posters for our collection.
