This one is the rarest cuban albums published after Castro's revolution. Besides the fact that only a few reached the streets, it has a symbolic meaning and important historical value. Here goes the story: Just after the previous Revolution Album was published, Luque Company, follow the idea of presenting the revolution to the people (and make friends with the new government) started the production of another album that goes from 1933 to 1960 (the previous covered only from 1952-1959). After printing was done, Castro ordered to eliminate some of the "heroes" cards since some of these were already in prison for being counter-revolutionaries while other were going to exile. The publishing company convinced Castro that the cost of re-printing these pages was going to be enormous and he insisted that the cards were marked as TRAITORS. Some of the cards were reprinted with "Traitor" in red ,but every day they ad another traitor to the list, so a total of around 200 albums finally hit the street, most marked with red crayon except for the one of Huber Matos that was already reprinted with the red word. Short after this group went out, owners of the firm went to exile, the shop was taken by the government and the rest of the albums were destroyed. This information was taken by me from a family member of the owner of "RODSA" Press who lives in Miami.
